Smoothie Recipes
Of course you've had a smoothie before. But something's very different about these smoothie recipes. See, for most people, it's not that hard to get a few servings of fruit every day, because it's sweet and delicious. But how about vegetables? Most people don't enjoy the taste of vegetables, or only enjoy one or two types of veggies. I'm sure everyone reading this agrees that Americans simply do not get enough veggies in their diet. It's why we're suffering an obesity epidemic, and a major disease problem of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, digestive problems, just to name a very small few.Overwhelmingly, I've come to find that people do WANT to eat healthier. They just don't know how. Most don't know that simply increasing their consumption of vegetables will help them start to feel better within a week. I'll go into this more in my Green Smoothies article. But the easiest, quickest, and cheapest way to get MORE veggies (especially green veggies) in your diet is bu blending them up with just enough fruit so they taste delicious. I'm able to get 5 times the fruit and vegetable servings of the average American diet by including smoothies in my daily regime. My children get at least 5 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruit every day, with a smile. I'm so pleased to share some of my family's favorite smoothies. I encourage you to start today by replacing just one meal with one of these healthy green smoothies, and note how you feel after a week or two (digestion, blood pressure, acid reflux, skin problems, etc.)
